 arents and youth can attend this workshop to learn more about finding digi
 tal balance, how to chat safely online, the importance of being mindful of
  your digital footprint, how to utilize social media in safe and respectfu
 l ways, navigating relationships in the digital world, and the reality of 
 what digital abuse can look like and what they can do when faced with thes
 e situations.
