Want to get your kids Halloween costumes for free this year? Or just want to clear some old costumes out of your closets? Be part of the Friends of the Library Costume Swap! Drop off your usable Halloween costumes at the library September 19 through 30. Then come back and find costumes for the kids October 1 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Free!
