Event Details

The McHenry County Department of Health will be offering wellness screenings for cholesterol, triglycerides, glucose, blood pressure, body mass analysis, A1C, and heart age assessment. Fasting is recommended but not required.

The glucose and cholesterol screening is $25, A1C is $20, or all three for $35; all other screenings are FREE.
