2026 is the year that you take control of your pre-diabetes! You are invited to learn more about a FREE class coming to Woodstock Public Library from the McHenry County Department of health called Prevent T2. 

In this CDC-recognized program, participants will be empowered to delay or lower their risk of developing Type 2 Diabetes. There will be 22 classes held in 2026 on Tuesday mornings OR Thursday evenings in this research-based lifestyle change program with guidance and support from a trained lifestyle coach and support from other participants.
