Event Details
After a long cold winter, you’ll be ready for a little sunshine. How about some Sunny? Meet Sunny the miniature horse in front of the library and then move inside with artist and poet Diane Wlezien for a photo exhibition and poetry reading. Diane lives on a farm with her rescue animals and volunteers with Sunny at hospice, nursing homes, and with at-risk youth. She and friends will read poetry selections that celebrate animals and the many ways they bring joy to our lives. Copies of Diane's book A Little Comfort: Healing Poems about Sunny the Miniature Horse will be available for purchase and signing.
