Program Description

Event Details

In 1942, as the free world crumbled beneath Hitler's jackboot, Churchill's Secret Army began recruiting women to infiltrate Occupied France. The women spies, who came from all walks of life, agreed to serve in the French Resistance even though they did not know if they would ever see their families again. Discover the adventures of some of these unimaginably brave women in this multimedia presentation by Kit Sergeant, author of the The Spark of Resistance.
