Day Program, Independent Living, Assisted Living, or Long-Term Care.  For family caregivers it can be difficult to determine the level of care their loved one needs. Staff from Independence Health and Therapy will explain the differences in level of care provided in these four different settings to help families make an informed decision about their loved one’s care.
