Join U.S. Representative Bill Foster for the first in a series of town halls focused on weather preparedness and the importance of investing in scientific research and funding hazard mitigation programs at the federal level. We'll be joined by experts from the National Weather Service - a federal agency charged with forecasting the weather to keep people safe - to discuss how scientific research is helping keep our communities safer from severe weather and what you can do to be ready. A Q+A will follow the presentation.
