The library's meeting rooms will be closed for upgrades to the audio-visual system from December 18-January 31, 2026. The rooms will not be available for bookings during this time.

Staff from NAMI McHenry County will be stopping by the library to offer educational materials on mental health. NAMI staff will also be distributing gun locks to the public.
