Author Robert Girardi is stopping by the library to explore President Lincoln’s warm relationship with the US Army soldiers in his command. Girardi examines the mutual trust and respect that formed over the course of the war.

Celebrate what would be the 110th birthday of Orson Welles with a screening of The Stranger at the Opera House.

During intermission we’ll have treats and trivia.

Join the Hollow Tree Spinners, a group of spinning enthusiasts, at the library for some fun and collaborative sessions. The meeting is open to the public and newcomers are encouraged to attend. No registration required. 

Spend time at the Hooved Animal Humane Society interacting and reading with the horses. Attendees must sign safety waivers, and space is limited to children attending the program with their caregiver. More dates may be added later.

You have to study anyway, why not do it with friends and classmates at the library? You bring your work, we’ll provide pizza and drinks. Have an allergy? No worries, bring food from home.
