Program Description

Event Details

Come and explore the world of yoga in a safe and supportive way through chair yoga. This class will be a gentle way to stretch and open the body as well as teach some breathing to calm and focus the mind. Please come dressed in comfortable clothes that are easy to move in and socks if you aren’t comfortable with bare feet.

Class is led by Theresa Hay who received her training from the Yoga Lounge on the Woodstock square. Classes cost $5.00, due at time of class to the instructor.
